Branding, Creative Strategy and Creative Director

Rated is a video marketplace for fashion, conceived in Jan 2020 during the pandemic. Working on Rated from the ground up I have collaboratively developed the app UI design, and overall brand, spearheading Creative Direction. 

The goal was to give our fashion tech product a relatable and engaging presence. Working with niche fashion micro-influencers as part of an ambassador programme, we created an inclusive community and a TOV that was authentic to the audience.

Having garnered over 1 million users on the app during my time there, we implemented visuals and language that encompassed the voices we championed,  referencing design and fashion trends, topical media, current events and lifestyle trends through a tone of voice that feels real and native to the audience.

To launch the marketplace we released a campaign that utilised TikTok native transitions to showcase the ease of selling on Rated and the inclusivity of the platform. The video featured all our audience archetypes from social media micro-influencers to independent designers.
